A small studio
building
the signature
your inbox forgot to be.
We started ProEmailSign in 2024 because every other email-signature service either pumped out cookie-cutter HTML or wanted us on a $20-a-month treadmill. Neither fit. So we built one that matches how a designer actually thinks about a brand — one signature, hand-coded, paid once, shipped fast.
A small set of opinions we ship every order against.
If we ever drift from these, customers tell us. Loudly. Which is why we keep them on the wall.
Pay once. Period.
No subscription, no auto-renewal, no upsell tripwire. You buy a signature like you'd buy a logo — once.
Hand-coded HTML, not exported.
Drag-and-drop builders produce the bloat that breaks Outlook. We type the HTML ourselves so it survives every client.
Tested in real inboxes.
Render preview tools miss things. We send a real test message to every major email client before marking an order delivered.
Source files when it makes sense.
On Team and Brand Kit plans, you get the editable template — so you can grow without coming back to us for every new hire.
One revision thread, not five.
Every order has a single chat thread that runs from kickoff to delivery. No lost replies, no email forwards.
No designer-speak.
We explain trade-offs in plain English. "It looks weird in Outlook 2019 because Word renders the gradient as solid grey" — not "a rendering quirk."
The humans hand-coding your signature.
Headquartered in New York, with designers distributed across the US and Europe. We rotate orders between designers so you always get a fresh pair of eyes.

Priya runs brand alignment for our Brand Kit customers. Previously at Pentagram and Stripe. Owns six pairs of identical jeans.
Ari handles install support, custom integrations, and the trickiest Outlook quirks. Reads the MS-OXOMSG spec for fun (no, actually).
Luka runs the analytics, the website, and most things that aren't design or code. Marathon-pace email triage at 7am Pacific.
Rosa handles the European time-zone customers and most of our agency work. Based in Paris; sketches signatures by hand first.
